Hey every one i just wanted to get an idea about how many people are actually ready to by a "Plung and play"(do not have to splice in wires) EM
S unit if one were aval yesterdaybetween $700-$800. Wether it be access port style or any of the interceptors/piggybacks asuming they will have a substantial WHP gain and have a round up on the things we all want to controle.

I have a bet going with a budy. Goes like this the first one to aftermarket PNP style takes the cake. I have my thought on who it will be, he has his. Im just curious how many would be ready to buy if there was one aval.

Thanks for your time.(thumb)

Count me in. Provided its from one of the reputatble vendors/manufacturers that have been posing EMS... I would be concerned if it was somebody new that had not been on the forum

being able to control boost and throttle plate while monitoring a/r is VITAL

first PNP to do that will have my $$$

what's Plung and play
is it a reflash/chip of some sort(boom07)
is anyone close to offering one yet?

pnp=plug and play ....it means no cutting and splicing of our computer leads to controle the computer just plug it in and play(wiggle)

VITAL?

Id say being PNP is the most important. Period. Proven gains with PNP will get my money, the day it is released, whether it be Xede or CPE. This seems like a reality far sooner than throttle control. Cobb will flash the ECU, and that = no warranty.

Id rather be DRIVING a car with 300whp, than WAITING for months(or years) on a system that will "supposedly" offer something more. As EMS's improve, with more control, the option to upgrade or change will always be there....

but while research is lagging along, I'll want something now. Xede has the most support because of its initial entry on the market being so far ahead of the competition. It gives me confidence in the product. I've seen NO unsatisfied customers so far..... throttle or no throttle, its still first in my book at this point. Plus a PNP piggyback is the first choice for keeping your car under warranty. It doesnt control as much as the others CLAIM they will, but that is safer for this brand new car. We still dont even have that great an idea of what the engine, or turbo, in stock form can handle.

I think Xede PNP is on schedule for August. Sheck it out.

xede will be my chioce pnp...many people hav e the systema dn i havent heard of ne problems with the tune...they have it spiking at 20lbs and it settles at 18 through all the gears

I am still waiting to see what cobb and cpe can put together too.
XEDE also if they compete price-wise with CPE.
