Funny! Hey - have you tried those chicken sausages by al fresco (I bought them in Super Target)? We've tried the ginger teriyaki, sundried tomato, sweet italian and the apple maple ones so far. They're awesome - nothing funky, all organic and relatively low fat. Good stuff.

Haven't tried the chicken sausages. Might have to give them a shot.
Actually, not long before we moved down here, we found Tyson Chicken Burgers, which were way tastier and had much better texture than ANY turkey burger I've found. Alas, I can't find them at any grocery store on this side of Athens!
