Just a heads up guys! I posted a website here to purchase performance parts for the Mazdaspeed 6 at PerformanceRacing.com

Here is the story! I purchased a product from them three weeks ago and had promised me in their website that I will recieve it in 3 days. Guess what! It's been three weeks and no product. Just making sure no one makes the same mistake that I did. I'm trying to get a refund now, but all they have as a contact information is an email and no phone number!

Spread the word so that no one orders from this place, cause they cannot be trusted and the service sucks!!!!!!!!!!! (pissed)

Are you sure there isn't any misunderstanding between you and the shop?

I'm pretty sure it wasn't misunderstanding, haven't gotten any response back for my refund and they have no phone number to call them, and it says on their website to email them to get the phone number. I think they are trying to avoid calls, because through email, they keep ignoring me. Just trying to prevent other people from making the same mistakes I did.
 
I've seen plenty of happy customers from them.

Maybe you should try sending him a PM on the other board....

By other board, he means Mazda6Club. PRacing posts fairly often there.
 
What did you order??

I have a feeling if the part is not in stock or there is warning for what you ordered that says it can take awhile. I would guess there is a standard phrase for when you check out that says in stock items three days or something.
 
Well finally got the product, the only thing I didn't like is that, no one even emailed me back from their company for two weeks! If that happened to anyone, you would be pissed off too! But the springs is nice and makes the corners much better. But, I got over it now, but one thing though, I will never purchase anything from that company again.
 
Good that it turns out OK. I agree with what you said. Whenever I am shopping online, I will firstly check if they allow shipping tracking if not atleast a chasable online account that I can follow how the order goes.
