When i get interested in a car i never had dealings with, i ask a few tuning style questions to get the feel of the cars i'm looking at

1. What are typical numbers from intake & exhaust setup. Do they need tuning to keep the engine safe?

2. At about what point will the current turbo not do the job for me as far as power numbers? 350hp...400hp?

3. How do i go about disconnection the clutch wire so i can start the car without pressing it in.

4. how crappy is the stock BOV, does it hold boost well?

5. Will the car handle turning boost up without additional tuning.

These are kinda left over from dealing with DSM cars. Where some models...the stock turbo could get you in the low 12's and you could turn the boost from 12 to 15 pounds and the car would run fine.

When i got into more modern cars i was in for a shock, sometimes the same mods get you no results or you need dyno tune to get them right. I know Sti's suffer from boost creep if you change the exhaust. And wrx's like to blow up if you don't buy the best quality intakes, and even if you do you gain no power from it.
