Are your kits pre cut from templates or are they cut on the fly? Someone mentioned that they aren't a perfect fit, so nothing worse than having reflectors kits that don't fit 100%. How about your yellow fogs? Do they have a template?

Yes we have a template. Some people have issues with fitting the product for usually one reason. They are not able to grasp how it applies or they have it on the wrong light. Happens all the time. The other way is if youa re installing in 100+ degree plus weather the film stretches real easily.

I wouldn't call these well cut nor are they from a template. Check out the side reflector...I didn't know that our reflectors are cut off at the end. Also check out the rear reflectors...notice how they aren't cut straight.

You know Red Raptor if you are so unhappy with the product and it was not what you wanted then return it. No reason going around complaining about something.

tsunami - If there was shipping we would have posted that as well. Sorry if there was any confusion.

Rockblocker,

I didn't buy your product, I just looked at a picture of the kit that a person bought and I am just stating my observations. What's with the attitude? All I am saying is from the picture, they sure don't look like they are cut from templates...anyone could look at that kit and say the same.

(ghey)

got mine the other day... looks good...haven't installed it yet... as i have some unresolved bumper problems... but i will do the tails once i finish my stereo prob thursday...

got mine yesterday. they look good. im planning on installing it this weekend.
tsunami if you get it done on thursday please post some pics.
thanks!

I got my reflectors friday, but still waiting on the tailights. I installed the reflectors.. they look awesome.. would take pics but no digital camera.

Only complaint was I had to trim them.. wasnt quite a perfect fit hahha

Just finished installing mine.
Its the first time i do this and i guess it was fairly simple although the first one took me quite a bit, not because it was difficult but because i was not sure i had done it right. i had to tweak it quite a bit.
I then realized i didnt have a blow dryer, so i just turn the lights on, put weight on my brake pedal and the lights got hot right awya. once it was hot it was fairly easy to finish smoothing the few air pockets i had.
the most sifficult part was to get some of the edges to stick, especially on the outside lamp, cause its sort of round some edges wouldnt stick completely, but once it warmed up it was pretty easy. It took about 40 minutes to get them all on, plus another 15-20 of smoothing air pockets and reviewing the work.
I will try to get pictures sometime tomorrow.

Rockblocker, good job on the templates, they are fairly accurate and easy to install. One question though: did you know we have a third brake light on the sedan? i look silly with all my tail lights and reflectors darken and a big bright red light in the middle of the trunk. what are the chances of getting the tint for the 3rd brake light?

Tsunami, did you get yours on yet?

I got mine.. but against the tailights the template is the wrong shape... maybe i got the wrong template??
Did yours line up pretty nicely ZoomVT?

it did line up fairly well. i had to twek it a couple of times though, there were a couple of minuscule spots were it seems that the template was wrong but once it warmed up a bit i was able to cover all bases. If you do look very close you may see an imperfection or 2 though, however if you are a foot or 2 away you wont notice a thing. It did kinda bother me last night when i put them opn, but this morning i looked and it is not noticeable at all. Im waiting to get some unbiased opinion from some friends.

Is the imperfection from the install or the template?
