I posted this on my local Mazda board but nobody seems to have any idea.
I noticed my 3 has been having an unusual noise, which is very hard to describe but it sounds a little like a gargling noise whenever I press the accelerator (1000-1500 rpm) and the most noticable when cold. It disappears, somewhat after about 30 minutes of driving, but I can still hear it in the background (I've been told I have sensitive hearing).
This is puzzling since the exhaust appears to be ok but I havent seen it while on a hoist and it only happens when in gear, D or R and when I press the accelerator, not when I press the accelerator in neutral.
I also noticed my coolant level kinda low as well as my power steering fluid too. I topped them up but there is no difference.
Any ideas.
