Yes it is, I hate it and I'm having the dealership take it off next week.
The moonroof deflector and rubber mats were part of the options that were added to my car and I had the dealership deduct them from the price.
I turned in my 08 3 lease and I had custom wheels on it so Tuesday I'm dropping off my new 3 and they are going to remove the moonroof deflector and swap my wheel. There giving me a loaner I thought that was very cool of them. Sorry for the long winded answer...lol

So here is my new 3 with my new wheels and the windows tinted. Oh and that gross tall OEM moonroof deflector is GONE!!

mine was built 7/09....I bought it 3/6/10. dealer had to locate black mica. must have been sitting for awhile, but i have the lights on mirrors and footwells. btw, my new sneakers shine under that blue glow...LOL
