Funkalicious21's Protege5 Build/Progress Thread~!

Would it be alright if i just ran the relocation kit without the peterson prv for now until i get the DOC B setup? Thanks for letting me know, really appreciate it.
I would wait the stock oiling system is pretty weak and might not be able to handle the oil relocation kit.

hey hung i got a quick question hat spring rate are u at cause every time i try to carry people i cant do it cause they make me rub way to hard.

you just don't carry people. I don't....

my spring setup is whatever BC's gave me. I think it's 6k front and 8k rear. I could be so wrong though.

Passenger one is needs to be switched no wonder it looked a little different! Lol Car looks amazing!

car looks great, i like all the little subtle custom touches. can't wait to see whats next for it..

Thanks guys! This weekend Adam (Protegeak47...something close to that) will be coming by to help me out with the car. So i'll be posting up some updates then!

It looks like I won't be hooking up the Oil relocation kit anything soon then. That's a big bummer. I wish i had known that before i purchased it. Could have gone toward a DOC B system instead! haha oh wells.

Reviving the thread from the DEAD! Lots of major updates. I'll be keeping everyone posted soon. FORGED?!

There's definitely going to be some new things being done and I do hope that everyone stays tune for what the next few plans for everything.

I'm planning on doing a new color for the car. I would like to hear and see what suggestion you guys have on what color would you guys think my p5 look good in.

I'm also repainting the engine bay, what color scheme should I go with? (I.e black and orange just like cosworth sabaru sti). Im lookin to paint the bay with a color different than the exterior. It'll makes the engine pop and stand out more.

So let hear what you guys have to say!

I say do the bay in a titanium or gunmetal color and also make sure to shave off any unused holes or studs!

For the exterior, go with something lighter, as black cars don't photograph as well. Maybe some shade of darker blue?

Chris, you read my mind about the exterior. You know me too well. =)

Definitely going to be some shaving going on. =) That's a interest concept for the engine bay. Blue on the outside but gun metal on the inside... Hmm...! Would you be able to find a pic of a color scheme like that? I love seeing what it may look like.

@ Adam: LoL! Thanks brotha. I still have the stuff for you to pick up brotha. =P
