Full Moon Fun Run - July 18, 2008

Looks like 30% chance of storms after 10pm. Not sure if everyone is still into this or not, I am! Let me know people, I am down for the run in a big way or at least everyone getting together for some brown pops and pool or something...

something came up, and I dont know if I will be able to make it now or not. I will let you all know tomorrow if I will be in or not. The weather forecast didnt look too hot either.

Tomorrow night: Variable clouds with thunderstorms, especially overnight. Low around 70F. Winds SW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 40%.

It's getting worse. 6pm tomorrow sounds like a good time to call it.

I check the forecast every day and it changes between 20-40% chance of storms and partly cloudy to mostly cloudy. I'm still holding out that it will be good enough to run and actually see moonlight for most of it. Then again optimism usually leads to disappointment.

I'm down for meeting up either way, but I'm coming from Commerce, not Woodhaven for this trip. Picking up the lady friend if we go, since she wants to go.

Weather Underground is showing only a 20% chance of rain at 8PM and again at 11PM. I tend to trust them a little more than Weather Channel.

Cool, she lives down the street from me. Anyway, I think we should have it either way, barring rain. I dont care about the moon adn plan on traveling at such a rate of speed I will likely not be looking up (voluntarily anyway).

I checked NOAA and wunderground and they are pretty similar. If we go for a drive or go for a drink either way probably end up spending the same amount of money.

Just got back from the Dark Knight (which is amazing by the way) and I saw how bright the moon was shining...this is gonna be awesome!

Good luck finding a keg of that. LOL... I am going to attempt something tonight. I have the night out so if I dont leave the house like the fun run is happening I could likely be grounded and not get out at all. SO... what time can anyone get out first of all? 7 or 8?
