Just put my fujita cai (upbum)(upbum)(omg) on today .... and let me tell ya ! I'm not thinkin its much faster.... but oh the sounds !! . I'm almost speechless . For any of of you that dont have a cai get one! You can even here the stock bov clearley.
Its sounds so good I actually have to go drive it right now !!

just make sure you dont' put the filter on to far so that the pipe sticks past the collar inside the filter, that will hinder air flow and you won't boost as much.

SWEET!!!!! i just ordered one from crossover auto, so pumped for this, did you install it yourself or have someone do it for you? how hard was it to install?

thanks i'll check that out! but I think its all good ! BTW has any one had any problems with the fujita as far as sucking water ? Those slots in the fender liner make me a little nervous !

if you get nervous you can cover it with some duct tape, i did that but didn't cover it completely. after 5000 miles my filter was still pretty clean and i drove through a couple storms. currently i cut the pipe and have it as a short ram intake for the winter. i have a coupler for it so i can put it back to cold air when i want.

its pretty easy to install. the hardest part is removing the stock resonator in the fender well, probably easiest to take off bumper. i didn't do that i jacked the car up and took the foglight out.

you guys do have a speed6 right?

I'm using an Injen Hydro Shield (part# X-1033) on my Mazdaspeed CAI. It works very well, and although I was sceptical about it not hindering air flow, I can with first hand experience confirm that it definately does NOT. So I'd recommend it to you. Was $24.00 down at a local performance shop here.

I'm going to sell my AEM only a month old with Prefilter cover if anyone interested and my TMIC

Its real easy only took about an hour and i really taken my time . The hardest part i guess was removing the splash guard i actually just jacked it up a little and turned the wheel in to reach the nuts besides that it easy. I actually had no problems removing the old air box assembely. The instructions with the fujita are excellent.

Your gonna love it. A little better performance...... but the sound improvement is amazing! I doubt ill even buy a blowoff now cause you can hear the stock one clearly after the CAI.
