Fuel system problems...
Well, I've been having issues with my car going lean irratically. Sometimes, I am pig rich, and others, I go lean under boost. I even raised the fuel pressure on the BEGI RRFPR, and still the same thing. I put the FM voltage clamp back in today, and it works fine. I still had some of the same issues still. I was definitely a lot richer, but not where I should be for the numbers I have in the MPI analog map. I know the voltage clamp was working because I was using the Nology PDA Dyno OBDII scan tool to monitor the voltage on the 1st O2 sensor. It was clamping the voltage right where it should. Now I know that it has to be something with my fuel system. I do have 110,000 Miles on my car, and the injectors were NEVER cleaned regularly like they should...Not to mention the 98 PSI of fuel pressure I was pushing thru those little things...
Mazdamastertech is sending me his old injectors, and I will swap them out to see if that makes a differnce. I need to get a handle on this before I can realize any real power.
