Fuel spilling out.

When I fuel my 2012 Mazda 5, fuel comes out and spills down the side of the car. I do not "top it off." When the nozzle stops automatically the first time is when this happens. This has happened several times at multiple gas stations between Missouri and New York. Has anyone else heard of this? and is there any way to correct it?

Yes, it happened to me, too. It was diagnosed as a faulty fuel return valve. They had to pull the gas tank to replace it under warranty.
