I've been searching and reading around about Mrlilguy cdfp on MS3 but I haven't heard too much about it on the MS6, anyone have this? if so, what differences do you see and feel?
I'm trying to decide whether I should go for a downpipe first or the fuel pump, anyone?

thanks, I'm really considering the corksport DP since I already have the test pipe and custom cat back. I haven't noticed any malfunctions with my fuel system except for the fuel cut when I raised boost. I guess I'll go for the dp first then fuel pump.
if you do go the downpipe route be prepared for when you turbo starts to smoke from not enough backpressure if you have no cats... just my .02

When does it begin to smoke? Mine doesn't and I only have the tiny 6" high-flow cat from ATP in my ATP DP. Also no CEL. I can see right through it with a flashlight and mirror.
Yeah, I keep hearing about this smoke issue, this is one of those things that make you think again about this dp. I'm willing to take the risk but then is the ATP dp better at hiding that smoke?
I dont know when it will start to smoke but the chances of it smoking are far greater without any cats regardless if you can see through it. What exhaust are you running?
Says in my sig..., Corksport CB duals hooked up to the ATP DP...
I've also never had the "fuel cut" problem. I run it to 18+ psi on occasion as well. Maybe I'm just lucky, or the XEDE maps from PG are doing their job and my OEM fuel system is up to the task...?
Im not to familiar with the corksport system and how many resonators there. I have a custom 3" setup without resonators or cats connected to an Apexi N1 muffler. So i practically have no back pressure to the turbo. After the seals went on the stocker I installed the Gt3071 and havent had the smoke problem because the turbo is ball bearing and doesnt need back pressure to seal.
Ive never had the fuel cut problem on the stocker either. Im def sure the xede with the maps from PG are helping you out alot with fuel cut.
There really isnt a way to "hide" the smoke... even people who have both cats still on and a stock exhaust system blow smoke out of the muffler(s). Its just when the turbo decides there isnt enough back pressure to seal itself correctly will the seals go and thus creating smoke out of the exhaust
