Fuel pump issues?

Hey people I have a question about fuel pump rebuild kits. I was recently browsing around certain websites and I have come across information (please tell me if this is old news) that some people are installing the fuel pump internals and are getting less fuel pressure even though they are installed correctly. This was due to a "bad batch" of pumps. I was just wondering what the best bet would be so I'm not rebuilding the damn thing twice. If anyone has any good or bad experiences with one type or another please do share to help me make a good choice. Also if you could share where you got the internals (if they worked well) I would really appreciate it.

Everyone on mazda 3 forums seems to be having good results and there have been the few that have reported very bad results with on other forums. The errors have been corrected and any pumps that we ship out now will provide satisfactory results.
If you already have your parts and have any doubts, return them.

Ok thank you for the input. I havent bought the internals yet but I just wanted some feedback before I do.
