Fuel pressure sensor issues

Hi all. New to the forum because I have an issue and forums tend to better for real answers than most dealers. Anyway, I got an engine light today on on '14 cx 5 touring. Auto store read the code to be P0453 indicating a fuel pressure sensor. My question is, where is this located in the system and how hard is it to change? I'm pretty handy and don't have issues digging into the car to fix things

Thanks

Kelly

There is a low pressure system that has a pump in the tank that supplies the high pressure pump that is connected to the cam and supplies the direct injectors. Not sure which pressure loop sensor code is about. Is the car still under power train warranty (60,000)?

Before you replace the sensor, assuming you can find it, try unplugging an replugging the connector to reduce the likelyhood that it's a bad connection.
