If I remember right the msp exhaust is shorter then the MP5, that and then I would have to sell my geddy exhaust.

other way around. you'd have to shorten this a few inches to fit on your car.

How does the exhaust work with the stock O2 sensors? Does it throw codes?

just fine. may have to extend the 2nd O2 sensor harness.. not sure

i call dibs if possible on it, get paid in two weeks and i will have enough to buy it. Even if that means eating ramen for the longest time. does this come with the downpipe and midpipe?

replaces the 2nd half of the DP, the stock Spipe remains.

There is no way you will ever throw a CEL with the use of a non-fouler. The exterior of the cat is in perfect condition so no shop would ever know whether it's innards are intact or not. I live in NYC, haven't had a cat on my car for ten years, and for ten straight years have never had one check engine light due to a CEL. This includes using the standard, MP3, and MSP ECU's... The car will not throw a CEL, buy a $5 nonfouler, drill one side out, stick it on, drive and enjoy the added power.
