For sale: Roof rack in excellent condition. No fading, no broken tabs, no missing hardware. Comes with all rails, crossbars, fairings, etc. $120 shipped. OR, will trade +$50 for simple roof moldings (see other pic). This complete rack assembly cost over $700 to buy new now.

Update

If you have only the moldings on your car (see pic of silver car), then you have to remove your headliner to get to the bolts that hold the rack on. Once you get the rack on, then you can install the crossbars. The moldings are easier to remove and you don't have to remove the headliner to do it. For the moldings, pop each end up and slide back to remove- there should be 5 clips per side.
