Ok I am selling this for my brother in law.
It powers up fine and there are no pixils missing. It does have a color display.

Travel charger/adapter (used with a cigarette lighter)
If you look on ebay there is one going for a buy it now of $550.00
And another one with no reserve going for $355.99 (and it still has 3days left).
