FS: CorkSport Catback exhaust

Here's What I have to say. I have the corksport turbo back, and i installed it in sections. Just the catback, is noticeably deeper toned. It is actually quieter in the cabin than stock cause it doesnt drone. Then I did the down pipe (leaving the stock 2nd cat in place) that made it a little louder. The biggest difference was putting the race pipe in. With the full CS turbo-back this car sounds so sexy it's ridiculous. It's very subtle, but very deep toned. Once the turbo spools, this thing is LOUD. It's a good loud though. It's the kinda of sound you expect to hear when an engine opens up. IDK If you can interpret this right, but by comparison, it sounds sort of WRX like, but the tone is a little sharper. Youtube DOES NOT do this exhaust justice.

Short Version: It's fricken awesome.

Fairfax is about a 3-hour drive from Norfolk. I used to live in Virginia Beach and drove to Washington DC on a regular basis. What I've done in the past when selling or buying from people in Hampton Roads is meet them halfway near Richmond.

correct sir. The cause of the drone is the stock piping/muffler. The corksport i would say is almost drone free. You WILL know when you're being naughty with the gas pedal though . No complaints from me, worth every penny. This is an awesome deal. I would totally buy a second one if I had another speed 3.

Sorry bro but the price is firm. I have people in line but everyone is waiting for January cuz of Xmas. As for the reason, initially i was gonna get a hks to get back at the wife for pissing me off, but then i started to think about the baby so, ended up with a Cobb to keep jr happy.

How long does the install on this thing take Tom? Got myself a 85 piece tool set from home depot the weekend I installed the cob sri, what kind of tools will be needed?

About an hour the first time around cuz you have to cut and remove the old unit, the only tools needed is a few sockets, rachet and that's it, very simple really, oh and a set of ramps to make things easier. Why u interested in the unit now?? If so like I said before whoever comes up with the dough first gets it.

Well, I'm starting to adjust to the current mods and want a little more power. I was thinking an exhaust wouldn't be a bad place to start and then maybe the cobb ap. Also I heard your exhaust and I like it. Are you gonna have any free time in January. I'm ordering my turbo timer sometime this week, I'm too big with wiring and what not, so could use help and I'd probably would like to do both them at the same time.

Ray, if u want the exhaust best get it from me in the next few days otherwise there's a guy from frederick who wants it, let the turbo timer I can try to help u but work schedule is still tight so well have to see.
