FS: ATP Full Downpipe with High-Flow Cat

I bought the ATP Full Downpipe (replaces both cats and the upper and lower downpipe) for $450 from Ken @ PG a while ago, but I don't think I'll be installing this piece. I decided not to install it on my 2008.5 because I'm not skilled enough to do it myself, and don't want to pay for install and then a tune to make it a safe mod.

So it's not been used, and has all of the mounting hardware etc.
I'm asking $400 or best offer.
