Front suspension noise anyone?

So I have had my 6 GT since labor day, and it has 600 miles on it. I noticed a couple of days ago that when I go over a speed bump, I hear a clunking noise as soon as the tires meet and exit the bump. I am also noticing the same noise when I go over a larger bump or turn from a dead stop, all of which are under normal driving conditions. Since I am still within break-in period, I am driving like those folks who are members of AARP and on Medicare. (apologize for trying to be cute, but everyone else does so I thought I would join in).

I have an appointment with my dealer Friday, but am really curious about this issue and if others are experiencing it. This scenario brings me back to the days when I bought an early production 2003 Mazda 6 GT with brake noises/grinding issues, which seemed to be in the car's DNA and it took Mazda forever to get it fixed. My fear is that this issue is in the 2014's DNA. I remember the brake issue being especially frustrating when you have people in your new car and they all comment about noises the car should not obviously be making. Anyone remember those brake noises?

i had some "clunk" sound from the front right for the first 1000 miles in conditions you mention. it seems to have gone away, or i dont notice it at least anymore.

I hear the clunk from the back of the car sometimes when going over bumps, I remember reading in one of the edmunds forums that its related to the brakes and there is a fix (bigger rotors or redesigned rotors). I still haven't take it to the dealer.

An update. Took it to my dealer, and suprise, it was not acting up. I have narrowed it down to when it is cold. Taking it to the dealer Wed. night and will provide an update when I pick it back up.

Had this same issue. Audible, though subdued clunk, which could be felt in the steering wheel and brake pedal, when driving over bumps or dips. Also occurred when accelerating from a dead stop (felt at the onset of acceleration).

Dealer resolved the issue. Turned out to be either the UCA or LCA on the driver side. The torqued the bolt, and all was well. This was perhaps a year ago now.
