ok so it's been cold the past few weeks here in the great northwest and the front sway bar bushings have been squeaking really bad. i've triued the lithium grease and it works for like 12 hours and then it's back to normal - so is there a permanent fix for this?

and has anyone had any luck re-dying the steering wheel? mine's all brown and gross.

I haven't tried it yet, but getting the greasable Energy Suspension bushing would help since it have a grease port.

I haven't done it myself, but from what I can see you just need to remove the front wheels to get access to the bushings and from there you just need to take the old ones off and put the new ones on, simple to me, but it depends on your mechanical ability.

It's not bad, you will have to take off the front wheels to get to the front bolt, and from underneath to get the rear. It does take a little contortioning of your hand, but it isn't that bad once you figure out the best way for your hand to be orientated.

yeah i did the rears already and the Energy bushings really helped. I'll give it a try then, do you know what the part number is?

I'm in colorado and my fronts have been squeeking alot lately because of the colder weather. I greased the front bushings and I didn't notice any difference. I think most of the squeek is coming from the strut assembly. Greasing those front bushings was kind of a b****, mostly time consuming.
