Front Plate Relocator

2008 CX-9 Grand Touring
Does anybody know of a front license plate relocator kit that attaches to the tow point on a 2008 CX-9?
 
Haven't seen one but buying a second tow point anchor and welding a flat plate to it should be a quick fix.
