front parking lights off, fogs on?

I did the fogs on with parking lights mod 2 years ago and have been bothered by this ever since but havn't done anything to correct it. I did a search and didn't find what I was looking for.

Does anyone know how to have the fogs come on with the parking lights, but have the front orange parking lights off and still have the parking lights work for turn signals? Is it something as simple as getting a differnt bulb with a single filment or would you have to rewire everything?

When it is raining during the day and at dusk/dawn situations I would like my fogs and rear lights on but not the orange lights in front.

You can't just get a bulb with a single flament, i tried this, and instead of just blinking, one would stay on all the time, and the other would blink, it was crazy. Maybe if you could find a bulb with 2 filaments, but the non-flashing one broken... heh. I'm sure there is a wire you can cut to stop the light from coming on when its not blinking, but i don't know which one.
