Front Mount Intercooler

I want to start building my FMI.

I want to start with the pipping first.

I want to keep it under $200 just for the pipping.

I'm going for more of a look than performance, but not going on cheap clams and intercooler.

Boost will stay the same. More of a mean look.

Anyways, can someone direct me to the right direction. I've seen other kits on here for $500+, but I want to keep this on a budget if possible. If not, I can always wait and save...:'(

Also, will my BPV have to be modded in any way?

A CXracing core off Ebay is a great start. plus you can get there kits as well but will require some cutting.

I know Ebay has those universal kits(w/ intercooler) for under $150 or so, but will those pipes work on the MSP?

Might work on a Honda, but not too sure if it will. And will my BPV have to be modded in any way?

I agree. If you're on a budget, that's the kit to get. You will regret it indefinitely if you get some cheapo eBay kit. It's gonna be so hard to route the pipes and it won't be very functional if you route them with all sorts of weird bends and angles. Just get Metallic's kit and have some peace of mind.

I'm not sure who Metallic gets those cores from but, for the price she sells them at, she's either A) Making little to no profit, B) They're cheap cores equal to some Ebay cores, or C) Gets such a great deal, she can sell nice products for cheap... Again, this is pure speculation. They look nice though, and seems to be of good quality.

What did you have to modify? Cut bumper, move anything from it's original place.

I;ve read on some where you have to move a few things around.

I have my stock BPV and want to keep it.
Whoever has this kit, will it allow me to keep my BPV, or do I need to do anything with it?

Or Buy used...which is what I did. I found a Nice MAM FLIC hard pipes set up and bought the smaller CxRacing Core
