it has ~780 miles on it and i shift around 2.8k. i shift at 3.5k if i wanna get ahead of the car next to me. lol..
i shift relatively slow, i like to have the shifter in gear solidly before i let out the clutch, but not slow enough that the tach bounces back up after i shift.

i'd just observe it for a month or so and see if it progressively gets worse...1-2 shift is notorious for being extremely tough sometimes. its just the nature of our transmission. but if it bugs you enough, take advantage of that warranty and get the shift fork checked out.
