IMO it looks good. normally im not a big fan of big front end kits, but i like they way your car looks. and i suggects getting a 3.5 wing, or have you thought about no wing at all? i have seen a few civics around here with no wing and thought they look pretty good. but its your car, do what you like .
Just go with alpine. nice n pretty. lol.

I totally agree with this. When i post pics of my car i expect some people not to like it. Its just a matter of how you say it. Obviously everyone will have their own opinion. If you say "damn thats nasty, wtf were you thinking" its different than saying "IMO, i don't really like it, its not my style"....don't knock people for stating an opinion in a nice way, especially in something like the car scene.

yeah, i have no problem people doing whatever they like to their cars. i like certain things that others probably don't but i don't cop an attitude when someone says something about it (mr jinx). sure maybe i was a little rude but it's not like i'm the only one. i bet everyone in here has made fun of cars that they think look stupid. here's an example:

no offense, i appreciate and understand the work youve done. as far as what youve done, it looks GREAT. but i really dislike the onderground front end, that is all. it looks cheap and poorly made to me.

Based on the photos you posted for your car, I think the car looks really cool....

I thought it was Onderground who posted their product on this website a while back? ...... it was pretty ugly and poor quality.

Yeah... put a wing on there that will match the color of your car or just not have a wing at all....I prefer one solid color...... good job and very impressive (thumb)

Good job on the install. No one has mentioned this, so I will... do you plan on painting your door handles and mirrors? I think it would look so much better. I mean, you seem to have become very good at body work, so it shouldn't too much trouble for you.

now this is a person that i can admire. even with my views on her car she doesn't throw a fit like someone else and takes my criticism in a cool manner. sometimes you need to make a comment to bring out a ones personality. i can see the different types of personalities between mr jinx :'( and motegimazda

**Grande Rojo**: Dont bash Mr Jinx we all think differently and to be honest I didnt want to post my car on this website becuase , like I stated, I knew not everyone liked the kit or the wing or much else on the car for that matter. But the thought of collective criticism broke me down and I did it. I didnt expect as many nice comments and to be honest I blew up some another board because I thought the guy there was trying to undermind my skills. I need to remember that not everyone knows that I did this work myself. I mean honestly I like it so whats the point of me getting upset because other people have their opinions that are opposite of mine. I asked for every kind of criticisim out there by posting on this site. Wether or not I like it its going to be here. I need to take it with a grain of salt. Lifes to short to get mad becuase I spent tons of money and time on the Protege and OTHER people dont like it. Im not other people and it is my car if I like it fine.

Sedan man: I was thinkin MP3 mirrors? lol. I was going to paint the handles but I decided im going to chrome them instead. lol NO! Um Im not so sure that the paint and all would hold up. Im a dork and have a lot of rings and I dont want them to start to chip the paint after awhile. I was also thinking about shaving them and getting door poppers. (BaggedyellowP5 reminded me of that last night )

Allen: I wasnt here a while back so I dont know if it was them or not. But the car on their site is silver and blue with a monsterous bugflector and its ugly. So it might have been. I knew it would look better green.

As far as no wing goes I will consider that. Though to be honest when the monster is gone I will miss her. She does a good job blocking truck headlights and she makes for extra seating at the football games
