it lasted that long before seizing up???? most engines it takes less then a few minutes! she is seriously lucky!

That's ironic, because Ontario Mazda is the reason I stopped trusting dealerships to service my car. They did my 8,000km oil change and over-filled the engine with oil. Moronic.

There's an old saying; If you want something done right, do it yourself.

the connecting rods may dip into the oil and spray it all over the place on your cylinder walls, which in turn you burn more oil, and it may even find its way into the combustion chamber.
