Yes..to the Islands I go!

I will be making the long Trip to Hawaii at the end of the month.
My work is sending me for a competition....but I plan on trying to wander around a bit as well.
I will likely be coming a couple of days early to do a bit of sight seeing if i can find a place to stay that is Semi Affordable.

It Seems nothing out there is Cheap..LOL!

I would like to here from the guys who might live there as to what to do...Where to go and where to Eat....I love to Eat. (lol2)

I will be on Oahu...and most of the week I will be at the Hilton Hawaii Village resort....But short of that...I am not sure what else I will be doing.

My GF will be coming with me as well as my Boss and his Wife.
I will have nights free if there are any SUggestions on what to do.

I am going to be there from the 23rd to March 1st.

SO can anyone local give me some info...Is it cheaper to take a taxi wherever I want to go ro to rent a Car....I hear you have to pay to park EVerywhere.
