LaZa, if you don't mind coming up to CT (Danbury area specifically) I'll sell you an h4 set (low beam only, you lose your high beam).. 5200k set with 2 week old bulbs for $300 cash. the ballasts are brand new and have never been in a car. I have multiple sets, but only one H4 left (this one), and one installed on my 2000 dx right now for demo purposes. You might need a relay kit (and this goes for EVERY H.I.D. kit you buy)

Let me know where you're at in NJ if you're interested.. maybe we could do halfway if you're interested <shrugs>

You could also try out:

They use quality Phillips based ballasts, and ave a lifetime warranty (even if bulb burns out).
