Fog lights on 2002 P5

Fog lights seem not to be working when I turn them on [(excuse the ignorance....proud new owner here ;-)] from the left hand side switch. My headlights are on and I have ensured the highbeams are not as the manual I believe said they will both not work at the same time. Still nothing...the lights have been doing this since I took it in to get a bumper to bumper check and beforehand the fog lights would go on when I rotated the headlights switch into the highbeam position or using the fog light switch on the left ( I honestly "had my choice".) Anybody know whats going on here? I'm too embarassed to ask a buddy with a P5 in case its that simple lol. Great car by the way and love this forum, what a benefit!

Make sure the headlights are on low beam and the fog light switch on the lower left is turned on. If that doesn't work you may have a blown fuse.

Other wise take back to the dealer and have them fix it. It worked before you took it to them so they should fix it.

when i removed my bumper to paint my headlights, my fogs quit working. after playing with the connectors for a while they started worlking again and i have had no problem since then.

so you might want to take the bumper off and make sure the connector from the foglights to the wiring in the car didn't come loose or got dirty. might be as simple as that.
