Fog light not working

For one reason or another my driver side fog light wont work. I was checking my lights, which has become a habit since I was in the Air Force and neither of my fog lights would turn on. I checked the fuses and the Fog Light blue 15was blown. I went down to NAPA and bought a new one and replaced it. Now the passenger side will turn on but the driver side wont. So I bought a Sylvania H 11 just installed it andnothing. The bulb I pulled wasnt blown either but the silver/gray tip was sheared off and the top of it was rough. Does any one else know another trick I could do before I go to someone who I will have to pay?

I figured it out. The two prongs that plug into the plastic piece that the bulb plugs into had come loose. I just pushed the prongs onto the plastic and what do ya know? Light.
