Flutter with apex dp

Just general inquiry. I have an apex catless dp. When i turn the car off i get a flutter. Also get it slightly if i rev in neutral.

This normal? Nothing major nor is it anything im worried about just general questoin

the dp is rattleing the "s " pipe studs loose. check the dp/"s" pipe attachment point the three bolts might be loose it happend on mine

What kind of flutter are you talking about. If you're talking about a flutter in the exaust note than yeh it's absolutely normal. If it's a metalic noise than you could be vibrating against anything. Check your bolts to the s pipe like he said and try to re position the MIDPIPE to avoid the rattling. I hope this helps.

nah its not a metallic noise by any means and definately not hitting anything else just a light fluttering noise

my d/p did the same thing till i hooked up thse bolts. It was loud especally when the car turned off

its not really a rattle but more like a "plurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" when i turn off the car.


Maybe its due to the lack of cat to deaden that sound?

It could be a leak between the catback and the dp flange.

I think its normal... happens to my cousins EVO and my friends WRX.... its just the sound of the car shutting off i think... and you dont have a cat no more like u said to deaden the sound.

Its normal i had the 2.5 apex and now the 3 apex and they both do it. trust me
