is nebody on this board from illinois........what dealership does the flash in northern ill....cuz i took it to my dealership and they said that mazda has no type of pcm update :wtf: can someone plss help

ok just got back from picking up my car from the dum ass dealership of mine.....and they told me that they didnt feel no hesitation or stumbling and that there is now ecu flash/pcm ugrade for my car yet cuz the code number is different ....once again wtf......
