in newer than office 98, if you just click on "help" there's an option for show/hide the office assistant

they're all the same thing, just look different, so if you're showing it, you can change what it looks like by right clicking and going to options

if you want to get rid of him more, show him, right click on him, go to options, and uncheck "use the office assistant". then he asks if you want to hide him or turn him off. go with turn him off

I just think it's funny that they hated him so damn much. I never really cared for him that much but if the other assistants weren't loaded I just didn't have it on at all. The other ones were cute though. I liked them. He just thought he was better than everyone else b/c he could make himself into an envelope and a bike sometimes... dork.
