Filler Strips Question

I am sure this has probably been worn out, but since I am seeming to have an issue finding the answer(s) I am looking for, I decided to just make a thread and ask you guys lol.

I have been searching for filler strips to purchase so I can remove my roof rack. In my search I have came across 2 different filler strips that are very differently priced BUT both say they would fit my car (2003 Mazda Protege5). The links I am providing are both for the left side to be equal comparison for anyone curious, and this way everyone can see what I am talking about so there will be no confusion.

Can someone tell me the differences between the 2 and which one I really need?? I have found someone on Ebay who is selling the left roof molding (Part# B25D-50-9L0B) for $9.20 and $14.99 shipping and it is brand new. Even though he only has the left side, I could still get the right side from the online store and still spend less, but that's IF I can use that part on my car.

Oh...and is there an actual difference between the left and right molding, and what is it if there is one???

While I am at it, I do have a couple of more questions......anyone have any suggestions for an aftermarket short antenna that gets great reception? Found a few but seems to be either no reviews on it or mix reviews on the product being good or bad, which makes it hard for me to decide lol. And has anyone put Tein S. Tech lowering springs on their stock shocks?? I know, it will wear the shocks out quicker, but can't afford coilovers right now, and will be looking into getting the rest as I go. Want to know opinions on the Tein S. Tech lowering springs and see photos if possible

1. Onlinemazdaparts.com for the filler strips...
2. CX-7 or S2000 Antenna...
3. I doubt handling is that big of a concern, but you will get the low from the S-Techs...not bad at all...

Megan springs are a good option too, 100$ cheaper than S-techs and deliver the same quality / drop :)
thats what Im going for, ordering them tomorrow
