DAMN i almost shot milk out my nose until I realized that was kilometers! Still that comes out to what? 150K?

Haha!

I was wondering when someone would look carefully at the odometer picture ... :P

Approximately 1.61 km/mile ... so 320K km (it's actually now 321K as of today) is about 199K miles.

Love this vehicle :) It's actually just as good now as it was when I bought it, just quite a few scrapes and nicks from life on the road... I enjoy every time I'm behind the wheel. Sadly, I fear the Mazda5's days are numbered ... not sure if a new model will debut ... sounds like the 5 will be discontinued ... sad day :(

I'm not far behind you with 190K. I also love mine to death and mourn the fact that Mazda has decided to kill it entirely. On the plus side there do seem to be plenty of used ones available for not a lot of money

Wow 200k miles!! (shocked) Much like. Especially you're driving around on harsh Canadian roads(canada). My Californian daily driver has no excuses why it couldn't reach >200k. Good to see the possibilities of being able to keep my 5 till the wheels fall off.

This year is its last model year. It will be replaced with some kind of CUV.

Sadly its a CUV marketed theme. Appperance looks big but they arent, they just sit higher and actually have less room. As for the "replacement" in the Mazda world the CX5 is it. They did away with the MPV and now the 5. Both were not marketed properly. If this is the last year of the 5 then I switched at the right time. We wont have to worry for at least 5-10 years.

Agreed with all said except the marketing, it wasn't that they didn't do it properly, they didn't do it PERIOD! I sooooo wish they would introduced the 6 wagon. That's such a sexy thing!

Absolutely. A 6 Wagon with a V6 would be a great solution.

DEISEL, DEISEL, DEISEL. Dammit, stupid Mazda, stupid waffling, stupid "driveability issues" there now my Tourettes is acting up again....
