Cullen ... what is up with this connection ... it looks like the rubber connector is all bent out of shape. Are my eyes just playing tricks on me ... or does this thing not relaly meet up perfectly at the intake?

I think its gonna be ok ... i keep looking at that picture and i cant tell if the end hose is bent all up or if that is just something in front of the picture making it look all wrong. I know what your saying about things not fitting correctly, i have been down that road before with the other car. I trust Cullen though, im sure they will be fine.

That hose you are looking at is specifically made for this kit, it is a 45 degree reducer. It is not bent awkwardly, thats just the way the hose is made. The kit fits perfectly. Although, it is a bit tricky to work the pipe into place with the bracket on the pipe.

I am very pleased with the kit overall. You guys will be too.
