Feedback needed on TurboHoses Hard Piping Kit

(headbang) this kit is awsome,I helped hoover at turbohoses build this kit on my car,and was very pleased with how it turned out.
reasons for pipes:
1)less heat soak(rockon)
2)no stretching
3)no boost leek
4)you don't have to worry about these cracking like stock
5)quiker spool up
6)they look so damn nice
(rockon)

The pipes alone won't kill the turkey, nor will running just the Greddy Type S alone (not completely anyways).

does the IC to TB pipe have a bracket for that sensor that sits on top of the stock pipe close to the TB?

Yeah, now that you mentioned it, I don't see it on the pipes. Unless that picture is just a prototype.

I am pretty sure I'll get them. That's why I am asking questions. Once I get all my questions answered and I feel satisfied with the answers, I'll join the GB.

That just did it for me...anyone have pics of the bracket. I hate how I have to zip tie the part.

< EDIT > geez, sorry to be a pain, but where exactly will the greddy flange be located at? Can I get the hardpipe kit, with the type-S flange, minus the actual BOV, I have it already. If not, just put me down for Set-up A. Thanks alot. <!-- / message -->

About 2 weeks ago I made a thread about the turbohoses hardpipes and put up some pic of it installed. After running the car for a while and driving around, I popped open my hood and grabbed the IC to TB pipe and felt how cold it was. Yes, it was cold, even as my car was still running. Now I'm wishing I waited for my pipes so I could just order the ones with the GReddy Type S flange welded on already so I wouldn't have to do it myself. Damn me. Here's the link to the pics:

I wish I would have seen this last month...(stay away from Extreme-speed.net...it was a $300 dollar lesson)...hopefully we can get more people in on this one.

ok, so I am stock right now... am looking at a few things. Like a couple others speaking up - I never thought about hardpipes, but I am always up for looks and a little hp help. Thanks to those who explained a little more as to what they do. They do not take any cutting or anything like that right? I do not see "cutting" as an option for me in any manner. Anyhow, sign me up for setup D, was wanting to get the ingen cai - RD6060 (I think it is - polished please), so will just get some hard pipes to go with it.

Hey anyway I could get the apex 2.5" dp w/ cat tossed into the deal? just kidding. Will get that seperately.

Look forward to hearing the gb is a go.

could you take a picture of the pipe close to the TB?
I'd like to see how much clearance thre is between the pipe and the brake master cylinder.
In my wife's Protege I had an AEM SRI that rubbed against the master cylinder and caused a lot of vibration and eventually got a hole in that pipe and had to take it off.

Which pipe do you consider the "upper" IC pipe? Do you mean the turbo to intercooler pipe or the intercooler to throttle body pipe? From what I gather you mean the turbo to intercooler pipe and if this is correct why would you use this spot? I personally would like to run a dual setup like 505ZOOM had originally done and for that I would need a flange welded on the intercooler to throttle body pipe. Can that be an option?
