Favorite BASS Song

Bluegrass and a lot of country has some good bass. I remember going around playing bluegrass on my 12" Orion XTR and really annoying the yo boys in high school by drowning out their rap. I remember "don't take the girl" having an insane bassline. AC/DC's Thunderstruck kicked ass too. Rob Zombie's songs are more common for me now though.

Alice Deejay - Fairy Tales

It has this deep, low bassline that just thunders through the car if you have the right equipment.

Every Thing but the Girl's "Walking Wounded" CD is full of great songs that are totally different from the other albums by the two person group.

The Matrix CD (the 1st one) also is a good one...Crystal Method (any one of their CDs), Oakenfold, to name more. Who can forget P.E.B. Bass Computer, (to me) the CD that started it all (and the decline of my AA, or audiophiles anonymous), no thanks to Brian!

)EIB( (a.k.a. Bad Company) Not the old classic rock group, but the Jungle producers from England. They consistently produce some of the most downright evil bass lines you will ever hear. I highly reccommend them to anyone whose never heard any Drum and Bass before. It's like techno that will make you want to start a mosh pit. (headbang)

Lately, I have been listening to Lil John, Ying-Yang Twins and the Bass Mekanik CD Faster, Harder, Longer. That has some incredible bass. Plus it is a good test disc. If anyone is interested, PM me for a link to the "test" CD.
