Kooldino it's possible, in fact it could happen on a 5000 dollar budget, MSP + 5000 dollars in the right places = 11 second car. I watched a 1.3 go 9'S and all total probably costed about 25000

You talking 1.3 liter, thats maybe a 13b engine right? RX-7 maybe?

You must be talking about an RX-7. But thats a TOTALLY different car from the MSP... To make an MSP do 11's would need more than 5 grand. You would NEED a stronger new or rebuilt transmission. That would almost blow your budget in itself. Then you have to have internal work done. (there goes the rest of the budgey, if its not already gone). And thats just the start.. Personally I'll be thrilled when I get my car to do low 13's... oh yes.. it will happen.
Oh and in my opinion.. if I wanted an 11 sec car... I sure as hell would start with something alot cooler.(and 2 doors) but thats just me.

Something like the 1.3 liter he was talking about RX-7, or a Supra.
RWD also helps out alot on the launch at the strip.
