Fan control replacement

For those of you have had the fan controls replaced under the Service Bulletin, did you have to pay for that? If so, how much?

I tentatively have an appointment scheduled at Jim Ellis Mazda tomorrow to have it inspected, for $85.

Just want to know what to expect.....

you should be out of warranty, so you will have to pay 100% cost.

yeah.. .kinda figured that.

Talking to some local people it seems better to get one out of a '03 or later and replace myself.
