Factory Sub Box Not Working Any Ideas?

I've checked all my fuses, one coming off the battery, the one in the fuse box that says sto or something like that not even sure if it's stereo and checked the one in the amp. All the connections look good. I've tried all the different sub settings on the deck unit. Are there any connections inside the box themselves that ever come loose? or is there a mute function that I'm not aware of.

any HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED.

What car do you have? If you have the MSP I think you need to reset the head unit...I'd tell you how but I don't have one.

Hold the AM button a few seconds and this toggles the NF on or off.

It is also possible that your sub is blown which is a common problem for us. I had mine replaced under warranty. There is a sticky about common problems for the MSP listed somewhere, the sub is one of them.

Reset button didn't do anything to make it work. Any other ideas. Is there a light on the amp, when it's working properly?

Yep, red light. Sounds like you've got no pwer to the amp. Check the amp fuse under the hood. The fuse holder is red and os near the battery terminals.

Now that's it's night I can clearly see the light is on for the amp. So it's getting power any other ideas? It's all 3 speakers in the box not working, not just the sub.

There is only one sub, not three speakers. The speaker grilles behind the headrests are empty. Did it just stop working recently? I'm betting it's just a blown sub dude. Just take ot to the dealer.

yep it just recently stopped working, they said they would hook me up with a new one. So those speakers spots on the rear on just for show or do they actually allow sound from the sub into the car?
