How many pro 5 owners out there have got new rubber? curious how many miles to expect out of them with regular rotations...

The rubber on the MP3's are the same compound right? How many miles did you get out of them?

Please give me some feedback

The MP3 tires are completely different.

Don't compare the two.

yea, they are way softer ...... 23k here. needed new ones ... do a search and yopu will see why ....

i'm assuming i'll get 20-25k miles out of the SP5000s on my '02.5 ES. maybe 30, i don't know. i know they were noticeably worn more on the fronts when i first rotated at 4,000 miles, but since then, the wear has seemd to slow down. from what i've heard, i wouldn't plan on getting more than 30k out of the SP5000s...they are pretty soft as far as OEM tires go.

I got about 22k highway miles out of the stock tires. That's with a standard rotation schedule.

Sp5000

I ran a set of sp5000s down to nothing. I think I got about 30,000 out of two of them and I made the other two last another 10,000mi. It was 99% highway miles though. If your going to stay with the stock rims there isn't much you can do with the tires. Try a set of the Pirellis when your ready...P6000's I think.
