You're not going to make any MAJOR HP gains from a FMIC or a SMIC. The major thing with upgrading it is cooler (denser will add some HP) air and "safer" boosting, and less restrictive airflow. I believe you have to leave the stock SMIC in anyway if you install the FMIC, so to me the added weight of an FMIC (though it is not much) offsets the minimal gain you will be getting from a FMIC as opposed to a QUALITY bolt-on replacement SMIC.
