Exhaust - Resonater needs replacement at 75k

No damage to the outside of the resonater, but the inside rattles when you start the car. Meineke said they can cut it out and put in a different one, but I may want to look into replacing the entire pipe all the way down the line till just before the muffler. They checked and since the car is only 4 years old, told me nobody makes a replacement yet. I'd have to go through Mazda parts and it would run over $800.
Does anyone know if this is a common failure? other solutions? recommendations?

What is the emissions warranty, and will it cover it? I had a Chevy dealer cover many exhaust issues on my old truck under the emissions warranty which is longer that the power train warranty, at least it is worth checking out.

I would think the emissions warranty would be 100k.

If not, you can try a scrap yard too.

According to the dealer, warranty for this is 3yrs/36k, so it's another large out of pocket expense for me on this car.
