thanks for the advice...the question is mainly based on the cat and if i should run catless or not, the sound and issues are the only thing that were concerning me...the rest like what is needed and what to get and where to get it is no problem at all (drinks)

alright everyone, so I guess I shouldnt go with a custom cat back exhaust? because from what i have been reading you all think that it will sound like poop...i appreciate the feedback and hope to get more. Now are there any good cat back exhausts out there that will fit my 2001 mazda ES and are fairly inexpensive? lemme know.....

I second this question. I have been wanting to have a cutout put on. But dont want any CELs popping up.

pretty much any turbo car sounds good, the turbo acts as a muffler in the exhaust system. it won't be too loud (as in raspy or volume) but they seem to have 'bass' to them.

and yes a deleted cat will throw a cel, but thats why you get an o2 simulator which is attached to the wiring of your o2 sensor, all it does is trick you sensor into thinking everythings ok.
