Exhaust info

Hey all,

I have a 98' 626 LX 4cyl car. It's in awesome shape but my exhaust is falling apart, and it doesn't sound right at the tailpipe, like it's clogged.

My question is on Catalytic Converters, Can I use a $80 generic OBD2 compatible Magnaflow cat?

you can but i hear magnaflow cats dont last long (dunno)
but if its a replacement for the 626 then yes but I think they have to be welded on if they don't have the flanges.
