Evo8/sti/msp

Would the msp be in the same class with an sti or an evo8, Cuz u know how the evo8 is like a fixed lancer, and the sti is a fixed up impreza. Wouldn't the msp be in the same class since it's a fixed up protege?

We don't have all wheel drive, or make over 271 hp. 2 completely differents cars. We compete with se-r's and svt focus. Stuff like that.

nope, not even close. They both have upgraded engines and trannys. You guys got the shaft, you got stuck with a protege with a little ass turbo kit.

The MSP is nothing but a hopped up grocery getter.

There is absolutly no comparison, it takes more than a turbo to be in the same class.

They are all factory modified, but not in the same class.

Were there only Evolution model Lancers in Japan? That's one thing I never have known. If not, I'm sure they were better than that pile of crap we got.

STI WRX's and Evo Lancers are total bad ace cars, the MS Protege is not when in compared. The Lancer OZ Edition would be more suited to be in the MS Protege class than the Evo. (laugh) (well, more so with the Protege MP3 than MS Protege.)

If Mazda threw another 10k onto the price, made it AWD, and done a LOT more upgrading... then it'd be up there along with them.

There ARE different model EVOs over there. I believe they have the RS & the GSR.

Also, how can you compare the WRX to the Protege as the base model. The only similarity is that the STi will trash the MSP about as bad as the WRX will trash the Protege.

Least you have a higher goal than a lot of people on here... wanting to take out turbo Neons and such.

Mid 13's I'll definatly be happy with in this car. This is not suppose to be my car to modify however.... My RX-7 is. (I haven't even seen that car in over 2 weeks. It's flooded at my girlfriends house 90 miles away) Sorry baby, I still love you! (refering to the RX-7, not the girlfriend ). It's hard to focus on anything but this car now.
