Evo conversion kit for MP3

Thanks.... Yeah we didn't want to ahve to pay for tint AGAIN, so we just heated it up and peeled it all off- and then put it on the new windows.

And what Beau was referring to was the fact that I sold a lot of the MP3 "parts" to a guy in Tucosn.

wouldnt it have been easier if you took the glass out of the mp3 and cut it so that it would fit the evo body? that way you wouldnt have to transfer the tint

Well that was our first choice, but we didn't have a glass cutter. My dad thought he could cut the glass with the newly acquired FIG welder but after about an hour of nothing but burning himself- he gave up lol

So ya we busted out the razors and just transferred all that tint.

Well ya dude- that was one of the hardest parts. For a while there I was driving with half HID and half standard bulbs. I'm surprised I dind't get pulled over for it. Luckily I only had to drive like that for a month or two.

Thanks... Lol I remember when you last saw the car you kept messing with the sun roof we installed and almost BROKE IT! That sucker was a pain in the a$$.

You know, after such a huge conversion, I bet that other guy damn near had enough parts to build an MP3 from scratch. Is that what he did?

No, I sold parts to a number of different people. I have no idea what he did with the parts I sold him.

yeah u got that right, i just hope that when it gets out there they will give some credit to smp3000, i mean no1 would even think of going with the FIG welding, props to him (first)
